4 adjustable working modes

1. Tracking mode (real-time): updates the location every 30 seconds so you see movement live on the map. When your pet is asleep it switches to sleep mode automatically — battery lasts about 5–24 hours
2. Normal mode: updates the location every 10 minutes — battery lasts 2–4 days
3. Power-saving mode: updates the location every hour — battery lasts up to 4–6 days
4. Standby mode: depends on the data settings

Getting started (in the GPSDD app)

1. Download the free GPSDD or GPSDD Gdog app from the App Store / Play Store
2. Insert an IoT SIM (or a GPS-compatible SIM) into the device and switch it on
3. Log in with the details supplied with the product and connect the device
4. Attach the device firmly to your pet's collar and start viewing the location and using the call sound right away

• 1. Requires a SIM and internet: The G-Dog sends its location over the mobile network, so it needs an IoT SIM or GPS-compatible SIM with data. If the SIM expires, the data runs out or there's no signal, it can't send its location — this is normal for every GPS brand.
• 2. Accuracy depends on local signal: the position may be slightly off indoors, underground or in signal dead zones. Every GPS has this limitation — it's not a fault.
• 3. Battery times are estimates: the 5 hours – 6 days figures depend on the mode you choose. If your pet moves a lot or real-time mode is always on, the battery will run down faster than stated — this is normal.
• 4. Everyday water resistance only: the device handles spray, splashes and brief falls into water, but it is not made for long soaking in mud or water so we don't recommend taking your pet swimming or soaking with it, and avoid hard knocks to extend its life.
• 5. Charge and set up as described in the manual: please charge the battery and set it up following the supplied manual. If you get stuck anywhere, message our team directly — we're happy to help until it's working.
• 6. Warranty: The device has a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from soaking, drops, opening or modifying it, or misuse.
